What is your return policy?
Refunds or exchanges are accepted if you change your mind about the item. The item must be returned to us in an unused, saleable condition within 14 days of the item being delivered to your address.
How do I return or exchange my order?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and whether you’d like an exchange or refund.
Please return items unused, in original packaging, with all returns security tags and garment tags still attached. If we feel that for any reason the garment has been worn, the security tags have been removed, or the packaging is damaged in any way, then we reserve the right to refuse the return and the items will be returned to the sender and no refund will be given.
I've returned my order. When will I have my money back?
The payment of returns takes between 3-5 working days from the day we receive your order.
Can i return sale items?
Items marked as final sale are non-refundable.
My purchased item is damaged, what should I do?
We are sorry to hear that your item is damaged, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will look into the problem and come back to you with a solution.

Who pays for the return?
Customers returning items will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and are advised to send returns tracked, as AGR is not liable for lost packages.
