How long does shipping take?

Standard UK delivery to most postcodes takes 2-5 working days, express EU delivery within 3-5 working days and express International delivery within 5-10 working days.

I've received the wrong item. What happens now?

If you receive a wrong item(s) please contact our Costumer Care Team by emailing studio@agrknit.co.uk. Please quote your order number, and the item(s) and a picture of the item you received.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout depending on your location.

I've just placed an order, is it still possible to modify or cancel my order?

Unfortunately it is not possible to change or cancel an order because we process your order as soon as we receive it. You can, of course, return your order within 14 days and obtain a refund.

What is the current status of my order?

You should receive an email regarding the status of your order when it has been processed & shipped.

Do I have to pay customs or import duties?

For orders outside of the EU customs duties might apply. We don’t cover these costs and can’t predict how high the costs might be.

What is your return policy?

Refunds or exchanges are accepted if you change your mind about the item. The item must be returned to us in an unused, saleable condition within 14 days of the item being delivered to your address.

How do I return or exchange my order?

Please email us at studio@agrknit.co.uk quoting your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and whether you’d like an exchange or refund.

I've returned my order. When will I have my money back?

The payment of returns takes between 3-5 working days from the day we receive your order.

My purchased item is damaged, what should I do?

We are sorry to hear that your item is damaged, please contact us at studio@agrknit.co.uk with your order number and photos of the item. We will look into the problem and come back to you with a solution.

My payment has failed. What should I do?

We’re sorry to hear that your payment has failed. We advise you to try another payment method or contact our Customer Care Team by emailing studio@agrknit.co.uk for assistance.
